Getting Started with OptiMed Health Partners
You may have been referred to OptiMed by your healthcare provider, employer health plan, or benefits administrator. We’re here to coordinate your care and make the process as simple as possible.
Why Was I Referred to OptiMed?
OptiMed Health Partners works with healthcare providers, employer‑sponsored health plans, and benefits administrators to support patients who require specialty medications and/or infusion services.
If you were referred to OptiMed, it means your care team or health plan selected us to help manage your specialty medication, treatment, coordinate coverage and approvals, and guide you through your treatment to ensure you receive the medication and care you need.
What does this mean for my medication?
In many cases, OptiMed may also coordinate or provide your specialty medication or infusion services. If this applies to you, our team will explain the process clearly before anything changes.
